 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 785,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 9, line 18, after the period, by inserting the
 5    following:
 6    "In no event shall a credit under  this  Section  reduce  the
 7    taxpayer's liability to less than zero.".
