 1        AN ACT concerning guardianship and advocacy.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Guardianship and Advocacy Act is amended
 5    by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 3955/1) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 701)
 7        Sec. 1.  This Act shall be known and may be cited as  the
 8    Guardianship and Advocacy Act.
