 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1066

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1066  on  page  2,
 3    line 19, after "Fund.", by inserting the following:
 4    "Subject  to appropriations made by the General Assembly, the
 5    Department may spend moneys from the  Good  Samaritan  Energy
 6    Trust Fund for the purpose of providing assistance authorized
 7    under Section 25.".
