 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1079  on  page  1,
 3    line 25, after "practicable.", by inserting "For the purposes
 4    of   this   Section,   pesticides   subject  to  notification
 5    requirements shall not include  (i)  an  antimicrobial  agent
 6    such  as  disinfectant,  sanitizer,  or  deodorizer,  or (ii)
 7    insecticide baits and rodenticide baits.".
