 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1414

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1414 by  replacing
 3    everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 4        "Section  5.   The  Hospital  Licensing Act is amended by
 5    changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (210 ILCS 85/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 142)
 7        Sec. 1. Short  title.  This  Act  may  be  cited  as  the
 8    Hospital Licensing Act.
