 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1521 on page 3, by
 3    replacing lines 3 and 4 with the following:

 4        "(3) Construction of  motorized  recreational  trails  on
 5    Department owned or managed land that are owned or managed by
 6    the Department prior to the effective  date of this Act.".
