 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1527  on  page  1,
 3    immediately below line 31, by inserting the following:
 4        "(7)  Recreational   hunting   does   not   include   the
 5    intentional  capture,  trapping,  or  dispatching of dogs and
 6    cats. Dogs and cats are under the sole  jurisdiction  of  the
 7    Department of Agriculture.".
