 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1527, AS  AMENDED,
 3    in Section 5, by replacing item (7) with the following:
 4               "(7)  Recreational  hunting  does  not include the
 5        intentional capture,  trapping,  or  dispatching  of  any
 6        species  of  dog that is commonly kept as a household pet
 7        or aid animal or any member of the family Felidae.".
