 1        AN ACT in relation to units of local government.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District
 5    Act is amended by changing Section 4.8 as follows:

 6        (70 ILCS 2605/4.8) (from Ch. 42, par. 323.8)
 7        Sec. 4.8. Notice of the time and place and general  scope
 8    and  fee  of  every  examination  and  of the duties, pay and
 9    nature of the position sought to be filled shall be given  by
10    the  Director  by  publication for 2 weeks preceding the such
11    examination, in a  daily  newspaper  of  general  circulation
12    published  in  the county in which the said sanitary district
13    is situated and the such notice shall be posted by him or her
14    in a conspicuous place in his  or  her  office  for  2  weeks
15    before the such examinations.
