with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.

3, on page 4, line 2, by replacing "and 7-103.121" with

"7-103.121, and 7-103.122"; and

on page 15, below line 4, by inserting the following:

    Sec. 7-103.122. Quick-take; Village of Skokie.  Quick-take

proceedings under Section 7-103 may be used for a period of 12

months after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 
11
93rd General Assembly by the Village of Skokie for the 
12
acquisition of property for the purpose of open space and the 
13
development of a park as follows:
