 1        AN ACT concerning family law.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Illinois Parentage Act of 1984 is amended
 5    by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (750 ILCS 45/1) (from Ch. 40, par. 2501)
 7        Sec. 1.  Short Title. This Act shall be known and may  be
 8    cited as the "Illinois Parentage Act of 1984".
