    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2142, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.

3, as follows:

on page 3, line 17, after "Sec. 7.5.", by inserting "Permit

program for high-capacity wells."; and
 
7
on page 4, by replacing lines 9 through 12  with the following:

    "agriculture or by any facility regulated under the 
9
Livestock Management Facilities Act.; and
 
10
on page 4, by replacing lines 25 through 29 with the following:
11
    "(d) The Department must adopt rules for the 
12
implementation".
