AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2158

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2158 on page 33, 
3
19, after "services", by inserting "so long as it does not 
4
exceed $120"; and

on page 33, by replacing lines 20 through 22 with the 
6
following:
7
"per-patron cost shall be the Total Operating Expenditures Per 
8
Capita as stated in the most recent"; and
 
9
on page 33, line 30, by changing "assisting" to "assisted"; and
 
10
on page 33, line 34, after "patrons", by inserting "from the 
11
municipality that created the tax-increment-financing 
12
district"; and
 
13
on page 34, by replacing lines 10 through 13 with the 
14
following:
15
"required by this paragraph (7.7). By acceptance of such 
16
reimbursement, the library district shall forfeit any right to 
17
directly or indirectly set aside, modify, or contest in any 
18
manner whatsoever the establishment of the redevelopment 
19
project area".
