| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Illinois Commercial Feed Act of 1961 is |

| amended by changing
Section 2 as follows:

| Sec. 2. Enforcing authority. This Act shall be |

| administered by the
Director of the Department of Agriculture |

| or his duly authorized
