    AN ACT concerning agriculture.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Agricultural Production Contract Code is 
5
amended  by changing Section 10 as follows:

    Sec. 10. Limited applicability. This Act does
shall not

apply to a production
contract under the provisions of which 
11
the commodity is to be delivered by the
producer
to the

contractor or the contractor's designee within 30 days after 
13
the date of
the production
agreement.
