    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by changing

Section 1.1 as
follows:

    (30 ILCS 105/1.1)  (from Ch. 127, par. 137.1)

    Sec. 1.1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be 
8
cited as
the "State Finance Act".
