| with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. |

| 1, on page 7, immediately below line 14, by inserting the |

| following: |

| "(c-2) An applicant for a license as a pyrotechnic |
| 7 |
| distributor shall not be granted a license if the distributor |
| 8 |
| or any of its officers, if applicable, was convicted of a |
| 9 |
| felony in the 5 years preceding the date of the application."; |
| 10 |
| and
|
| 11 |
| on page 14, by deleting lines 5 through 32; and
|
| 12 |
| on page 15, by deleting lines 1 through 26.
