as to Senate Bill 2395 in manner and form as follows:

| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2395
|

| IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS
|

| Amend Senate Bill 2395, on page 2, line 26, and on page 4, |
| 7 |
| line 16, by adding after the word "setting" the following |
| 8 |
| language: ", including experience required by federal law or |
| 9 |
| federal court order".
