| line 29 by changing "shall" to "is encouraged to"; and |

| on page 3 by replacing line 15 with the following: |

| "such congressional district shall be invited to host or |

| otherwise involve"; and |

| on page 3 by replacing line 18 with the following: |

| "linked to the Governor's"; and |

| on page 5, line 20 by changing "shall" to "is encouraged to".
