| AN ACT concerning telecommunications.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by changing |

| Section 13-1200 as follows:
|

| (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2005)

| Sec. 13-1200. Repealer. This Article is repealed December |
