| Employment Security," to "Commerce and Economic Opportunity"; |

| and
|

| by replacing lines 7 through 33 of page 5, all of pages 6 and 7, |
| 9 |
| and lines 1 through 32 of page 8 with the following:

| "Section 90. The Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by |

| adding Section 500.1 as follows:
