| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2765

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2765 on page 5, by |

| inserting between lines 33 and 34 the following: |

| "(5) A decision made under this subsection (f) may not |
| 5 |
| operate to increase the cost of the Department to care for |
| 6 |
| a prisoner. |
| 7 |
| (6) A person conducting a medical examination of a |
| 8 |
| prisoner under this subsection (f) may not disclose the |
| 9 |
| prisoner's medical condition without the prisoner's |
| 10 |
| consent.".
