| AN ACT concerning transportation.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Cycle Rider Safety Training Act is amended |
| 5 |
| by changing Section 1 as follows:
|

| Sec. 1. Short title and policy.
This Act shall be known and
|
| 8 |
| may be cited as the
"Cycle Rider Safety Training Act". It is |
| 9 |
| the policy of this
State to promote safety for persons and |
| 10 |
| property connected
with the use and operation of motorcycles, |
| 11 |
| motor driven cycles and
motorized pedalcycles.
