| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Sections |
| 5 |
| 10-20.39 and 34-18.30 as follows: |

| Sec. 10-20.39. Vending machine revenues. A school
board |
| 8 |
| shall require that all school revenues generated from vending |
| 9 |
| machines that are not within the school cafeteria, including |
| 10 |
| revenues from the placement of the machines and from the sale |
| 11 |
| of items in the machines, shall be used exclusively for |
| 12 |
| physical education and nutritional education. |
