| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2933 on page 1, by |

| inserting after line 16 the following:

| "This Section shall not apply to employees considered by |

| the employer to be necessary for the continued efficient |

| operations of the business."; and

| on page 1, by inserting after line 27 the following: |

| "This Section shall not apply to employees considered by |
