    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Film Production Services Tax Credit Act is

amended by
changing
Section 25 as follows:

    (35 ILCS 15/25)

    (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2005)

    Sec. 25. Application for certification of accredited 
9
production.
Any applicant proposing a film or television 
10
production located or
planned to be located in the State

11
Illinois may request an accredited
production
certificate
by 
12
formal application to the Department.
