| later than 24 hours after the district learns of the violation |

| or situation. The consultation must include notice of the |

| estimated duration of the order or notification and the |
11 |
| geographic area covered by the order or warning. |

| Section 15. The Water Authorities Act is amended by adding |
13 |
| Section 6c as follows: |

| Sec. 6c. Boil order or other Tier 1 public notification; |

| authority issues a boil order or any other Tier 1 public |

| Section 20. The Water Commission Act of 1985 is amended by |
