| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by changing
|

| Section 11-202 as follows:
|

| Sec. 11-202. Required obedience to traffic laws.
It is |

| unlawful and, unless otherwise declared in this Chapter with

| respect to particular offenses, it is a petty offense for any

| person to perform

| act
required in
this Chapter.
