    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3069 as follows:

on page 2, by deleting lines 29 through 33; and

on page 3, line 2, after "must", by inserting ", as a condition 
5
of initial employment,"; and

on page 3, line 9, after "databases.", by inserting "Applicants 
7
who have completed the initial fingerprinting requirement 
8
shall not be subjected to the fingerprinting process subsequent 
9
to obtaining a Ride Operator Identification Card.".
