    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Controlled Substances Act is

amended by changing
Section 101 as follows:

    Sec. 101. Short title. This Act shall be known as and may

be cited
as the "Illinois
Controlled Substances Act."
