SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $1 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services to reduce the review period of applications for public assistance.  Effective July 1, 2004.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section  5.  The sum of $1, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services to reduce the review period of applications for public assistance.

 

Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect on July 1, 2004.
