Appropriates $1 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of Banks and Real Estate for a study of predatory and abusive lending practices.  Effective July 1, 2004.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section  5.  The sum of $1, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of Banks and Real Estate for a study of predatory and abusive lending practices.

 

Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect on July 1, 2004.
