SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $1 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the State Fire Marshal for a study to determine whether or not the current allotment of state fire inspectors is adequate.  Effective July 1, 2004.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section  5.  The sum of $1, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the State Fire Marshal for a study to determine whether or not the current allotment of state fire inspectors is adequate.

 

Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect on July 1, 2004.
