| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES |

| CONCURRING HEREIN, that the Commission on Opportunity in State |
| 5 |
| Public Construction, created by Senate Joint Resolution 36 of |
| 6 |
| the 93rd General Assembly, shall deliver its report to the |
| 7 |
| Governor and the General Assembly by January 12, 2005 (rather |
| 8 |
| than June 30, 2004 as provided in Senate Joint Resolution 36); |
| 9 |
| and be it further
|

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 11 |
| delivered to the Governor, the Attorney General, the Director |
| 12 |
| of the Capital Development Board, and the Secretary of |
| 13 |
| Transportation.
