| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |

| learned with great sadness of the passing of Helen M. England |
| 4 |
| of Carlinville on November 21, 2003; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Helen Marie Meyer was born on January 6, 1931, in |
| 6 |
| Carlinville to Mark and Marie Breymann Meyer; she married Dr. |
| 7 |
| Robert G. England in 1963 in Carlinville; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. England was a 1948 graduate of Carlinville |
| 9 |
| High School; she was also a graduate of Hickey Business School |
| 10 |
| and Valparaiso University; she was a bookkeeper at Carlinville |
| 11 |
| Clinic and worked in medical records at Carlinville Area |
| 12 |
| Hospital; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. England was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal |
| 14 |
| Church; and
|
| 15 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Helen M. England has been deeply |
| 16 |
| felt by all who knew and loved her, especially her daughters, |
| 17 |
| Gail England (fiancé, Dr. Christopher Getch) and Susan |
| 18 |
| (husband, Michael) Cosenza; her stepsons, Edward England, |
| 19 |
| Andrew (wife, Kathy) England, and Fred (wife, Melanie) England; |
| 20 |
| and her six grandchildren; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 23 |
| all who knew her, the death of Helen M. England; and be it |
| 24 |
| further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 26 |
| presented to the family of Helen M. England with our sincerest |
| 27 |
| condolences.
