| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with regret of the death of Eileen M. La Bash (nee |
| 4 |
| Jaronski) of Evergreen Park on January 29, 2004; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Ms. La Bash was born on December 17, 1939; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, Ms. La Bash was hired as a Clinic Nurse for |
| 7 |
| Stickney Township in 1979; she was promoted to Clinic |
| 8 |
| Coordinator on November 15, 1989 and had been in that position |
| 9 |
| for 14 years; she was very enthusiastic about her job and |
| 10 |
| extremely competent; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Eileen M. La Bash has been deeply |
| 12 |
| felt by many, especially her children, Pauline (Edward) Rohn, |
| 13 |
| Lynn La Bash, Amy La Bash, Tracy La Bash, and Bert La Bash; her |
| 14 |
| grandchildren, Cassidy, Christoph, Allie, and Abbie; her |
| 15 |
| siblings, Janice (Harry) Milcarek and Judie (Marty) Paryl; her |
| 16 |
| nieces and nephews, Michelle, Joe (Tina), Gina (Jaime), |
| 17 |
| Danielle, and Michael; her dear friend, Dianne Fischer; and |
| 18 |
| many more friends and colleagues; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL |
| 20 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 21 |
| Eileen M. La Bash, and we extend our deepest sympathy to her |
| 22 |
| friends, family, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
| 23 |
| further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 25 |
| presented to the family of Eileen M. La Bash as an expression |
| 26 |
| of our sincere condolences.
