| SENATE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| were saddened to learn of the death of Elaine F. Hurley of |
| 4 |
| Geneva on January 14, 2004; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Elaine Hurley was born on July 22, 1937 in Chicago |
| 6 |
| to Anthony and Frances (Dacca) Slawinski; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. Hurley was a Registered Nurse but her |
| 8 |
| greatest enjoyment was taking care of her family; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Elaine F. Hurley will be deeply |
| 10 |
| felt by many, especially her husband of 39 years, Jeremiah; her |
| 11 |
| son, William; her daughter, Julie (Jack) Yeo; and her brother, |
| 12 |
| Erwin (Carol) Slawinski; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. Hurley was preceded in death by her parents; |
| 14 |
| therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 17 |
| Elaine F. Hurley along with all who knew and loved her and |
| 18 |
| extend our sincere condolences to her family and friends; and |
| 19 |
| be it further
|
| 20 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 21 |
| presented to the family of Elaine F. Hurley as an expression of |
| 22 |
| our deepest sympathy.
