| SENATE RESOLUTION

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that there is created a |
| 4 |
| Senate Task Force on Illinois Mobile Homes for the purpose of |
| 5 |
| examining the special needs and relationships between home |
| 6 |
| communities, home owners, park owners, and mobile home |
| 7 |
| retailers and manufacturers; and be it further
|
| 8 |
| RESOLVED, That the Senate Task Force on Illinois Mobile |
| 9 |
| Homes shall consist of the following members: |
| 10 |
| (1) A chairperson who is a member of the Senate, appointed |
| 11 |
| by the President of the Senate; |
| 12 |
| (2) 4 members of the General Assembly, 2 of whom are |
| 13 |
| appointed by the President of the Senate and 2 of whom are |
| 14 |
| appointed by the Minority Leader of the Senate; |
| 15 |
| (3) 2 members from the Mobile Homeowners Association of |
| 16 |
| Illinois appointed by its president; |
| 17 |
| (4) 2 members from the Illinois Manufactured Housing |
| 18 |
| Association appointed by its president; |
| 19 |
| (5) 2 members from the Illinois Housing Institute appointed |
| 20 |
| by its president; |
| 21 |
| (6) 2 staff members from the Illinois Department of Public |
| 22 |
| Health appointed by its Director; and be it further
|
| 23 |
| RESOLVED, That the members shall serve on a voluntary basis |
| 24 |
| and shall be responsible for any costs associated with their |
| 25 |
| participation in the Senate Task Force; and be it further
|
| 26 |
| RESOLVED, That all members of the Senate Task Force shall |
| 27 |
| be considered to be members with voting rights, that a quorum |
| 28 |
| of the Senate Task Force shall consist of a simple majority of |
| 29 |
| the members of the Senate Task Force, and that all actions and |
| 30 |
| recommendations of the Senate Task Force be approved by a |
| 31 |
| simple majority of the members of the Senate Task Force; and be |
| 32 |
