| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with regret of the death of Jack Cervac of Highwood, |
| 4 |
| formerly of Libertyville, on June 5, 2004; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Cervac was born on July 8, 1929, in Joliet; |
| 6 |
| and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Cervac was a loving brother, uncle, and |
| 8 |
| great-uncle; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Jack Cervac has been deeply felt by |
| 10 |
| many, especially his wife, Leonora; his daughters, Rebecca and |
| 11 |
| Lisa; his son, Dana, preceded him in death; therefore, be it
|
| 12 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL |
| 13 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 14 |
| Jack Cervac, and we extend our sincerest condolences to his |
| 15 |
| family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
| 16 |
| further
|
| 17 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 18 |
| presented to the family of Jack Cervac as an expression of our |
| 19 |
| deepest sympathy.
