| replacing lines 20 and 21 with the following: |

| "and shall immediately notify the Department. |

| If the officer or employee does not have the consent of the |

| person"; and

| on page 1, by replacing line 25 with "the child's welfare, then |

| the officer or employee"; and
|

| on page 1, by replacing line 28 with "custody based on the |

| officer's or employee's".
