| 5 | on page 2, line 25, by deleting "prior to discharge from the | ||||||
| 6 | hospital"; and | ||||||
| 7 | on page 2, line 26, after the period, by inserting "Reports | ||||||
| 8 | shall be made to the Department's Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes | ||||||
| 9 | Reporting System.".
