    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 596 on page 1, line

5, by replacing "32-5.4 and 32-5.5" with "32-5.4, 32-5.5, 
4
32-5.6, and 32-5.7"; and

on page 1, immediately below line 14, by inserting the 
6
following:

    "(720 ILCS 5/32-5.6 new)

    Sec. 32-5.6. False personation of an emergency management 
9
worker.  A person who knowingly and falsely represents himself 
10
to be an emergency management worker of any jurisdiction in 
11
this State or of the American Red Cross commits a Class 4 
12
felony.

    (720 ILCS 5/32-5.7 new)

    Sec. 32-5.7. Aggravated false personation of an emergency 
15
management worker.  A person who knowingly and falsely 
16
represents himself to be an emergency management worker of any 
17
jurisdiction in this State or of the American Red Cross in 
18
attempting or committing a felony commits a Class 3 felony.".
