| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 676 as follows:

| on page 1, line 26, by replacing "2007" with "2010"; and
|
| 4 |
| on page 1, line 29, by replacing "2007" with "2010"; and
|
| 5 |
| on page 2, immediately below line 4, by inserting the |
| 6 |
| following: |

"Following analysis of the annual financial report that is |
| 8 |
| required to be prepared under Section 3-15.1 of this Code, the |
| 9 |
| State Board of Education shall report to the General Assembly |
| 10 |
| on the total transfers between the educational, operations and |
| 11 |
| maintenance, and transportation funds for each school |
| 12 |
| district. The report must be filed on or before July 1 of each |
| 13 |
| year as provided in Section 3.1 of the General Assembly |
| 14 |
| Organization Act.".
