| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 829 as follows:

| on page 1, by replacing line 32 with the following: |

| "fund by the county treasurer in excess of (i) $100,000 in |

| counties with 250,000 or less inhabitants or (ii) $500,000 in |
| 6 |
| counties with more than 250,000 inhabitants"; and

| on page 2, by replacing line 30 with the following: |
