| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 873 by replacing |

| lines 33 through 36 on page 6 and lines 1 through 15 on page 7 |

| with the following: |

| "(6) the operator complies with all applicable |

| requirements of the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act and |
| 7 |
| collects and remits all applicable federal, State, and |
| 8 |
| local taxes; and"; and
|

| on page 9, by replacing lines 2 through 20 with the following: |
| 10 |
| "(7) the operator complies with all applicable |
| 11 |
| requirements of the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act and |
| 12 |
| collects and remits all applicable federal, State, and |
| 13 |
| local taxes; and".
