SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
 		













210 ILCS 115/13.5 new










    Amends the Mobile Home Park Act.  Provides that the owner, operator, or caretaker of a mobile home park may eject a person from the premises for any of the following reasons:
        (1) nonpayment of charges or fees for accommodations;
        (2) a violation of law or disorderly conduct;
        (3) violation of a rule of the Department of Public Health relating to mobile home parks; or
        (4) violation of a rule of the park that is publicly posted within the park.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Mobile Home Park Act is amended  by adding 
5
Section 13.5 as follows:

    (210 ILCS 115/13.5  new)

    Sec. 13.5. Ejection from mobile home park. The owner, 
8
operator, or caretaker of a mobile home park may eject a person 
9
from the premises for any of the following reasons:

        (1) Nonpayment of charges or fees for accommodations.
11
        (2) A violation of law or disorderly conduct.
12
        (3) Violation of a rule of the Department relating to 
13
    mobile home parks.
14
        (4) Violation of a rule of the park that is publicly 
15
    posted within the park.
