| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1094 on page 4, by |

| replacing lines 2 through 6 with the following:

| "(U) Aggravated criminal sexual abuse under subsection (f) |

| of Section 12-16 of the Criminal Code of 1961 if the offender |
| 6 |
| was an administrator, teacher, employee, or volunteer in the |
| 7 |
| same school district in which the victim was a student.

| (V) Aggravated criminal sexual abuse under subsection (f) |
| 9 |
| of Section 12-16 of the Criminal Code of 1961 if the offender |
| 10 |
| held a position of trust, authority, or supervision in relation |
| 11 |
| to the victim.".
