| with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. |

| 1, on page 6, line 11, after the period, by inserting the |

| following: |

| "If the person so requests, the licensee or his or her agent, |
| 7 |
| employee, or representative shall summon law enforcement |
| 8 |
| personnel immediately to determine whether a confiscated |
| 9 |
| evidence of age and identity is valid and belongs to that |
| 10 |
| person.".
