35, by replacing "or" with "or"; and

on page 9, by replacing lines 5 through 13 with the following:

        "cause of the death; or

        she (i) did not possess a driver's license or permit or

        a restricted driving permit or a judicial driving

        permit and (ii) knew or should have known that the

        vehicle he or she was driving was not covered by a
