| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Bottled Water Act is amended by changing |

| Section 1 as follows:
|

| (815 ILCS 310/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 121.101)

| Sec. 1. Bottles of one gallon or more capacity containing |

| water to be
sold in this State for human consumption shall be |
